New Homes


	We build top quality homes in the Greater Kalamazoo (Michigan) area. We take care of everything from digging the basement on up to the roof top! Our homes generally range from 1,200 to 3,500 square feet and from $100,000 and up. Choose from a variety of our prints, or we'll custom draw one for you. We build an occasional spec house as time permits, but most of our houses are custom built for clients. We are a multi-faceted company and we actually do the majority of the construction with our own employees. We do the excavation, poured walls, flatwork, framing, trimming, sewer/water/septic, and driveways with our own employees. By having less subcontractors involved, we can control the schedule and make sure everything remains on track.

	We are licensed as required by the State of Michigan, Residential Builder License #2102156084. We are also members of the Greater Kalamazoo Home Builders Association, the National Federation of Independent Businesses and the Better Business Bureau. We recommend you take a few small steps to ensure you are using a legitimate builder whether you use us or someone else. You should verify the license of any builder which you can do through the State of Michigan website at www.michigan.gov/cis . We also recommend you verify their history through the Better Business Bureau at www.bbb.org .
